been making a shit ton of bone broth recently and it's been so delicious.. a lot of tallow comes from it, plus the collagen and all the good stuff. Costs me like 0.50 per kilogram of bones too. Very good, saturated fatty acid are assentcial in contradiction to PUFA wich sucks. U can also try coconut oil and clarified butter. I used them and they are fantastic both in taste and healthy benefits. Have u afer heard about dr. Ray Peat or Bioenergetic diet? It seems to me u have some knowledge about it. It's the best fat to cook steaks with due to its high smoke point. Keep butter for eggs and use tallow for basically everything else. You can also 'whip it' and make a natural whipped tallow moisturiser. I've been using tallow moisturiser on my skin for like the last 3 years and my skin has been the best its ever been since removing all those chemically filled moisturisers. You can also add zinc oxide powder to it so that it becomes a natural sunscreen.

was just thinking about coming up on some beef tallow and wake up to this .
It’s best to boil it and take the fat layer once it’s cooled. When you fry the tallow it has a strong smell
