Could I ask what kind of drug was being binged when you say “drug binge”? I ask because on certain drugs I have had psychosis and I can relate to a lot of the things you say in these videos.
Some of those things happen when I smoke weed, the psychosis I was on acid. I am of good mind now save for depression - anxiety

I have drug use history including weed, psilocybin, lsd, cocaine, crack, mdma. No longer doing anything "hard" these days. Would rather not talk more about this subject (at least right now). Thought I could give you this specific answer to your question, anyway...

Like every day i keep feeling like someone behind me

For sure, the number of times I sense someone behind me and turn around quickly, but don't see someone, outnumbers the times I actually see someone behind me, and even then someone behind me usually always means nothing at all! But, the times it goes through my head is quite a lot, altogether. I mean, it's slightly evolutionary to not be followed home, etc, but living in a big city, it must be expected sometimes, and without much worry....
Do you find it stresses you out a lot?

It is possible for malicious people to follow others. But if it happens all the time, just check all the time, and when you see no one, hopefully it becomes a less frightening problem. Fear of others is a super common paranoia experience. I hope you have a doctor (that you feel you can trust). Going on meds, or shifting dosage of meds you are on already, is something you might try, with supervision of a doctor. If you are not so stressed out that no one is trying to lock you up in a hospital, then it's the perfect time to talk to a doctor while you are in control (mostly).
