All the memories. I used to play this video every time when I was still in hi school. The sound as a whole is really unique and I really love it.
Japaneses always know how to combine all genres of music with their own styles. This is a fuking awesome melodic metalcore song, incredible scales used.

To be honest, I like many metal bands from Europe. I mean Galneryus is excellent, but I love me some Ensiferum too. I dunno about destroy most. European and Japanese metal tend to be pretty different when it boils down to it, I guess it's just whether you prefer one or the other.
Metal can be great no matter from what country. I just hate it when people say 'finally', without knowing shit about a country's music history. :D

@Shimotsukei Yeah Internal Revulsion is pretty dope. But these other bands likes Malice Mizer and Blood Stain Child have a 'foreign sound'.

@ Shimotsukei you're right I'm not too familiar with it. But I did just discover Infernal Revulsion. That is some of the br00talest shit out there right now.
@Sailor1010 Eh, depends which Blood Stain Child tbh. Also Flagitious Idiosyncracy in the Dilapidation is epic, all female japanese grindcore group lol. There's also bands like Gorevent, Bilo'u, Pilgrim ect. I don't believe anything by Pilgrim is on youtube.

I really do like this. A lot. And I guess it has even more style points to me cause I'm just another american otaku obsessed with japan. But, to be an honest critic, the vocalist needs to work on his range. Belting out the same sounding scream the entire song? C'moon bro. That aside though, this is really good.
@Sailor1010 you obviously aren't very familiar with japanese metal, they have some of the most brutal slamming death metal around

@yuutokun Most J-Rock still has a Foreign Sound. My Proof and Internal Revulsion are the only bands in that genre that have a more acceptable sound. This is simply my opinion .
