5k & Half Marathon Nationals Trip

2021 Women’s PHSC Crosscountry team in Virginia for National championships
well that’s a wrap , this was my last official trip racing as a PHSC athlete. it’s been an amazing 3 years and just the beginning to my life long career as a runner
after a fractured foot & terrible sinus infection leaving me with just a couple weeks of quality training i managed a PR in the 5k with a time of 21:03 and somehow managed the half marathon just seconds shy of my best time at a 139:38! can’t be mad at that
