Whoa whoa ..power. a great sense of empowerment listening to this. I am This. I don't have to do anything. I can always be. Can play with the senses n thoughts if I want or need to n come back as I like or if I don't want I will just be like this. None is real other than that which perceives because everything else comes and goes being unreliable. Everytime before performing action in the world either by thoughts words or physical task take a moment be in this awareness pause and then act. Body and mind is limited. Why settle for the limited when u are beyond that. Only a human is capable of such power. We are beyond body and mind we shouldn't be lost in it. we should never suffer this freedom. Thank u mooji.

Take a look at that which observes all things coming and going. However observing implies judgement, therefore self is perceiving without perception of it self
How can observervation imply judgement? If you are free to look, observe without any words in your head, without wanting to change anything how can you judge? Do you judge mountain when you observe it with all of your attention? When your ego is totaly absorbed by the beauty of mountain? When you do not have center and any thoughts? Or thoes judging come after when you stop observing and you say that was beautiful. The moment you start to judge you are not observing.
Obsevation is our greatest tool it brings pure intelligence to operate through us which is doing what is needed when is needed which is compassion, which is love .
