Housing more affordable.... LOL... to them, it means blocking house owners from selling with a good profit. Affordability is directly proportional to your revenue. Work hard, make money, and you'll be able to "afford" a nice house. Obama made it "affordable", with almost no down payment.... how did that work out? everyone lost their house after few years because they couldn't pay the mortgage. Shelley and Rosen won't get my vote based on this only.

I agree with cedric why build on federal land when we have OUTDATED homes/ vacant lands/ and horrible conditions properties that need improvement and have potential to bring in money. And increase property value in the hood
