I can’t remember my childhood but I’m just gonna put this sweet movie there and pretend I watched it as a kid
I fist saw this movie with my sister back in 1977 alone. Parents dropped us off at the Huntridge movie theater. It closed after that last movie. My sister has passed away and I found this movie and this song really hit me hard. I really miss my sister......The memories of that night, I realized that this movie and we had a lot in common.
never watched this movie as a kid, just saw it a few years ago for the first time in my 30s and yet it still feeled very nostalgic.
This song is a perfect way to describe how we are all still connected in these tough times.

Im from 1996 and my parents showed me this movie on our VHS TV it was always such a fun movie to watch. I’m 26 now and I still remember many of these songs and hum them to myself. This movie feels like a special gem that I hold close to my heart. So many people have never heard of this movie so it’s kind of like having a little secret in my pocket. 🤭
