Nice video, but it is my understanding that it is not cholesterol entering the artery wall that causes inflammation, but rather inflammation that causes cholesterol to enter the wall. If this is true, then it seems focusing primarily on reducing inflammation rather than cholesterol would be the best approach to heart attack prevention. Ironically, it's the foods highest in cholesterol (beef, butter, bacon, eggs, fish, etc) that cause the least inflammation, while the foods lowest in cholesterol (fruit, veg, grains, sugar) that cause the most.
Cute video but the described pathophysiology of causation is terribly inaccurate and the events do not happen that way. It is LOADED with misinformation - bad video. 🤓

But whatever the case ldl end up with making inflammation more severe and cause lipid core to grow ending up with thin cap which can burst any time!
thank you
Very good work!
no stress for such or any
Great. Thank you.
Thank you for this simple and easy explanation ❤️❤️
That's how my father died
You mean room much inflammation, cholesterol is doing its job. With house fire the water isn't at fault.
