I believe that this model was before it was named new spirit of united. If you go on jet photos and go to the oldest of n2331u you will see the fleet number is 0031. Still registration number n2331u.
I can’t wait until Gemini Jets and JC Wings start producing 777x models. And when they do, wonder if they’ll do both a folded/unfolded wingtip versions.
There was also another error on the model. I believe the "Spirit of United" titles were put just under the cockpit on the real aircraft, but missing on the model. This is why if I was a model manufacturer I would wait until the real aircraft was made before doing the model.
That's such an pretty good aircraft and pleased to hear that about the landing gear. Sad this might be one of the last models with a wooden stand. I'm going to try and find this model now loved it
I love this 300ER, even more of a really nice livery and a great review! There was a short period before the titling of 'New Spirit of United' where the airframe had the new registration of N2331U and the original fleet number of 0031, I think this was right before delivery of the aircraft. Gemini had this model come out right as United got their first 300ER delivered so I am guessing that the box came before the model, but both the box and the model as shown did exist at one point but strange that they don't match.
Jeff Clark Thank you! Out of all manufacturers, I would expect Gemini Jets to always check everything before a models release to make sure everthing is still in order. Hopefully Gemini Jets can learn from this.
As usual lovley review! Well done! One thing I noticed though, it seems for me that the nose landing gear is much to high ut apart from this issue it Looks like a nice model to me :) And I spotted many unboxed models in the background... I really look forward to see the reviews from those ;)
Gamecop Thank you! I initially though my tripod wasn't level and noticed the gear issue afterwards. It's a shame that Gemini Jets' quality control seems to be dropping again. The boxes in the background are only a small part of what is yet to be unboxed.
@@MiJiTHD Would you say Gemini quality varies based on Airlines? For example, maybe they apply more attention to detail if it were a Singapore Airlines or Air New Zealand?
Great Model Review as always MiJit HD! The only issue i had with this model is the Front Nose Gear was a bit too high,The Gears didn't roll which I'm ok with that, and The"Spirit of United"wasn't featured on this Aircraft Model but it's on the Inflight Version but other than that, Everything else on this Aircraft Model is Definitely on Point and I'm definitely glad to be a proud owner of this Aircraft Model.
Triple7Diehard4ever Thank you! Immediately I though my tripod wasn't level which is why I adjusted it and afterwards I spotted that the nose gear was too high. I've never seen that from Gemini Jets before and I'm clearly not the only one with that issue. That is bad quality control.
i've been wondering why there are no markings on the wing over the doors? and all the other 737-300 models have them except for this united one? hope someone as a answer to that, i would of got this model if it had the markings.

Amazing review!! The model looks awesome! One of the best aircraft. Look forward to more great model reviews.

Thank you! I absolutely agree, it's become a rushed game rather than focusing on quality which is where Gemini Jets could lose some business.
I got this model! It is very sorry that the front nose gear is too high so, landing style is a little bit nose up.
Yes the aircraft was called the “new spirit of United” and was painted just below the left cockpit window of the 777-300ER
That's such an pretty good aircraft and pleased to hear that about the landing gear. Sad this might be one of the last models with a wooden stand. I'm going to try and find this model now loved it

Does the gear tilt?
Haj og Fisker Yes, but only downwards.
The number on the box picture looks more like a Boeing pre delivery registration.
