Also new govt regulations like luxury tax has made it really hard for car enthusiasts to own nice cars. Is this all making sense to many?

The absolute worst is when someone tries to be nice and let you in when they should not when they have the right of way or if someone stops in the middle of the road to let someone from a cross steeet or parking lot in
