I think the "I ❤" N.Y. or France or anything like that is overrated but I think the "I ❤" then something more in the irony wear type of category is a bit better but still can be wack because yknow I ❤ hot moms shirt exist and I'm not really a fan of those shirts, but my overall opinion is that I like when its "I ❤" then something not really well known like more inside jokey or really personal
