We have been using this method for a few weeks with the keyboard being an auxiliary instrument to test the waters. The worship leader would like to switch from piano to keyboard using Sunday Keys. What is the best way to control dynamics, especially when there is a big push on a bridge or chorus? The worship leader is accustom to just banging the piano to get more volume, not necessarily applicable with the keyboard. Do we turn up the volume on the audio interface or do we add a guitar-type volume pedal on the cable outgoing to the direct box? We can use your recommendations.
Do i really need to have a midi controller keyboard? Or a keyboard synth with usb b or midi port will do. Because i am using a roland juno G for example.
I have been using the iPad app since it came out and I can say it is much simpler of an interface than the MainStage version. I still prefer using a Nord Stage for worship services and on occasion I’ll use the MainStage version if I need some extra sounds. But I use the iPad now for all rehearsals with a Nektar controller. I mapped some buttons on the Nektar to presets in Sunday keys so I don’t have to keep the Sunday keys app open (we use planning center music stand), but it’s easy to swipe back and forth. The only thing I would like to see is a portrait orientation option Sunday keys.
Once all of this is connected, what audio settings do i connect? I currently have the free version and the only speaker i see is general speaker in the audio settings. Is this normal for the free version or so i need the paid version?

Maybe a "dump" question ... it is possible to send the "sound/audio" from the App to a blutooth speaker ??? I know not the best way but for some "mobile" use this can be very nice.
Hypothetically, yes, however bluetooth is notorious for high latency, so most likely your sound would not be lined up with pressing the keys on the keyboard. They would instead be late making it an almost unplayable experience.
The iphone lightning adapter she is showing has USB-A and USB-C, not USB-A and Lightning as she states. You can tell by the icons. Lightning would have the lightning bolt. So, which one do I need, the one with USB-A and Lightning or the one with USB-A and USB-C?
If you're using an iPad with a Lightning port, you need the one shown in the video: Apple Lightning to USB3 Camera Adapter. This is the link: amzn.to/442Ugto You connect the iPad Charger into the Lightning port on the adaptor, then the powered USB A hub to the USB A Port on the adaptor. The icon does make it look like USB C a bit, but it is indeed lightning (a USB C port would have another component in the center). The lightning bolt icon is typically for Thunderbolt (which happens to also work/fit in a USB C port -thanks Apple 😅).
So after all of that, do you just plug the USB A port from the hub into the USB A port on the keyboard? This explains how to plug the iPad into the port but not into the iPad. Unless I'm misunderstanding 😅 I'm just trying to make this work lol I have an iPad 6th generation with lighting port into a Yamaha modx and ya boy is struggling to make this work. Yes, The Sunday Keys App can be installed on any iPad device running iOS14 or newer and on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs running OS Ventura or newer.

That is a Novation Launchkey MK3, the midi controller. Fantastic buy!

Does this app have also styles for worship service to play along with Yamaha SX700?
Arturia mini fuse comes with a usb hub port and is a good optic for an audio interface.
