Check the moisture level every two hours and if found the % are High of moisture while material consumption then increases the dryer capacity based on consumption , drive the minimum/maximum time for pre drying the material
I have a plastic factory in lebanon . And my dehimdfier works fine the first 5 hours after that the preform comes out from the injection machine white colour means its not dehumidifiered properly. When this happens I have to stop the injection machine and wait another 2 hours for the dehumidifier then to start working again. And also after some hours it starts giving me white preform
Thank you very much for connecting. First of all, how many years is the machine old ? If you have two machines, then please interchange the dehumidifying tower. I guess Silica gel capacity to absorb moisture is over. Make sure the interchange valve is working correctly . One Tower is in working condition, and then other tower must release air into invironment. Please come back if the problem persists.
The drying capacity kg/h of the dehumidifying dryer is should be more than the material consumption kg/h of the preform molding machine, other wise drying will not be done in time and problems like this will occur after 3-4 hours later because PET needs drying 4hour . Other cause dryer system might be problem in the drying heater or blower etc
@rakhijha3697 thanks for replying to my comment . My dehimdfier is 400kg and my consumption is 80kg per hour. My machine is 1 year old . I never has this problem before
@maqqasem7608 Sir, This is Paritossh. In my opinion, Your Dryer seems to be OK. But it's better to have a check for tower exchange valve and heater intensity.
Hi, as per my understanding your dryer capacity in ok and ur machine is also new so u can consider below mention corrective action also. 1.Pay attention to how the PET material is handled before entering the dryer. Excessive exposure to moisture or improper storage conditions can contribute to moisture content in the material, affecting the drying process. 2. Use moisture sensors or other monitoring equipment to track the moisture content of the PET material before and after drying. This can help you ensure that the material is adequately dried to the required specifications. 3. consider implementing a pre-drying step before it enters the main dryer. This can help reduce the workload on the dryer and improve overall drying efficiency. hope these pointes may help u .
I have questions I want to know about dew point what it do when it is not set to the imposed values in the pet injection machine, what are the problems it causes in production and how can we adjust the dew point ? I get an alert in HMI that dew point inactive for a period of time and disappears
The dew point is the temperature at which the water vapor in a sample of air at constant barometric pressure condenses into liquid water at the same rate at which it evaporates. The dew point is affected by the air's humidity. The more moisture the air contains, the higher its dew point. Meaning that if the dew point is higher than it has less capacity to dry PET material consequently hazy preforms will be produced.
Heya Sir, I am from Scotland and as of now I am working on a dryer for shredded PLA material, could you please suggest something like the heating oven with the hot air dryer whether it's gonna be a good idea or not for drying PLA granules?
Thanks for asking such a good quest. Obviously, hot air dryer is required but retaining period is around 2 hrs. @ temperature around 120 degree Celsius.
Controlling the dew point means decreasing the moisture content from the air. PET Resin dryer usually have 3 circuit among them one circuit is dedicated to dry air before it pass through the material.
Hello sir, when we 32.5 gm running that time dew poin getting low -6°c min and -39°c max but 21.4gm running dew point getting -48°c max and -25°c min.how to improve dew point.would you please give me advice.
Thanks for your question. First of all we need to it's in one tower or both? If both then control return air flow. If in one tower then check Beads it's old enough , need to change .
How about on machine temperature sir
Do you mean Barrel Temp ? It's vary from 280 to 320 degree Celsius?
Check the moisture level every two hours and if found the % are High of moisture while material consumption then increases the dryer capacity based on consumption , drive the minimum/maximum time for pre drying the material
Thank you very much bharat Ji
Refreshment about PET. Very good
Thanks for watching! I published it 2 years before.
Precise and lucid explanation
Thank you very much ❤️
Very most important knowledge about pet resin.thanks for making this tipes videos .Nice job.
Thank you very much! Please share if you do not mind 🙏
Great salute you sir...
Make such as great video more informative
Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart 🙏
Sir, please make videos on AA Reducer. It should be less than 3 PPM for water.
Sure Sir

Thanks. What's your speciality? Is it marketing right ?
Thankyou

I am interested to know how the dryer controls the dew point temperature. Or the dew point in the dryer system changes depending on which parameters?
Controlling the dew point means decreasing the moisture content from the air. PET Resin dryer usually have 3 circuit among them one circuit is dedicated to dry air before it pass through the material.

Dew Point : The ratio of dry bulb temperature & weight bulb temperature
The dew point definition is the temperature at which water vapor can condense
