18 lpa is the in-hand salary offerred by tekion. It also offerred esops worth 30 lacks at iiits so the ctc is around 48 lakhs..Base salary offerred at limechat is around 13 + 2 lpa bonus + 15 lakhs esops, at commvault base is 13.75 rest is in form of stocks and bonus, in gameskraft base offerred was 15, rest was esops and bonus, groww also mentioned its salary without any esops so 20 here doesn't include any stock just like tekion. Except for tekion and groww, other salaries mentioned is the ctc inclusive of stock options as well.

No that's not true or the could have shown 20L avg by including 1.3Crore off campus placement

for 2020 batch placement is 100% and for 2021 batch placement is still going on...........hope it helps
