In my area we have an abundance of UCC churches, so basically no churches in my area. That’s why I listen to pastor Paul. I have always wanted to go into on of those places, but it would probably put me into convulsions lol

He the Holy Spirit will change the direction for the will of God to be glorified. Me, I've had this happen more than once.
I appreciated this teaching. One thing is that Pastor Paul preaches against taking matters into our own hands and retaliating. However, that is exactly what the state (government) is; an apparatus of violence. Democracy is nothing but a tyranny of the majority, or mob rule. Our side vs. your side.
To encourage believers to take part in democracy and the domination of our neighbors is directly contrary to Pastor Paul's own teaching and our call to love our neighbors and seek to live peaceably with them.
Exodus 18:21 and Acts 6:3 ... sounds like democracy to me

As someone who was raised once saved, always saved, this was a challenging sermon for me. I don't understand how someone could be truly saved and then turn away. Did God write their name in the book of life and then erase it? I always figured people like that were never truly saved to begin with. Will continue to pray and search the scriptures on this. My question would be what constitutes turning away from the truth. Can a momentary fleeting thought do it? Like once in a while I get that what if all this isn't true thought and I feel so terrified because I know within my soul that apart from Jesus I have nothing and wouldn't even want to live without him, and I ask God to forgive me and take the thought captive.
Could not stop laughing about the guy in a wheel chair got healed.

Leaving vengeance for God and loving your enemy is really really hard. In my country Nigeria where fulani islamic jihadist wipe whole families in Christian communities out, ripping children from the womb of the mothers is quite difficult to forgive. Most definitely only by the Holy Spirit.
Where does it say in the Bible that one is save by "faith alone"? In the King James Bible it says, "Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only." James 2:24

James is not saying we are saved by works, he is saying your faith, which saves you, is proven true by what you do. Big difference there. Actually, saved by grace through faith. . .eph. 2:8-9

Warning against Deliberate Sin
26 For if we deliberately sin after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a terrifying expectation of judgment and the fury of a fire about to consume the adversaries.
We serve a holy God and I just read if you deliberately sin well it says what await - of course the blood of Jesus is powerful but we can not mock God so I would not play with my salvation

How do you interpret that? What is the oil? I always assumed it was the holy spirit aka the foolish virgins who weren't saved.
Are we to be pacifists then? No, not respond negatively, but defend the oppressed , act justly?
