I'm a Prime member. I'm waitng for a package that was to be delivered Dec 23rd. I'm not certain how I found you vid but I'm thankful. Trying to reach Amazon can be tedious. Background: As I said, I kept updating the tracking scene which finally said the package was shipped out on its final leg of its trip from a small town abou 35 miles from me. So, I'm thinking cool. It said it would be delivered by 6:30pm it was 4pm when I last checked. So, I waited and waited. I refreshed the tracking page at 10:30pm and the screen finally changed. It changed to a note that said due to severe weather you package won't arrive between Dec 25th and Dec 28th. That's when I searched Amazon problems and found your vid. The path to phone number is a bit different now but I did find a number I could call. (The weather has been very bad but since there was no new update on when I could expect delivery, I called.) The phone line between here in the US and the call center in some country in the East. I'm guessing India. The gentleman was polite but we had difficulty communicating. Not just be cause his accent is very heavy but because the line was breaking up due to the weather. We toughed it out and he did his very polite best to accommodate my hearing and understanding difficulties. The bottom line is he's sending me a new item at no charge to me, due here on Thurs. I guess if the other package also arrives, I'll have two. He didn't say what I should do if the other arrives. I heard him say don't worry and thank you for being a valued Prime customer. At least I think that's what he said. I thanked him for his time. At least I think that's what I said. LOL. So, I'll update this on the package or packages as the case may be when there's something to tell. Thank you again for your valuable info.
I got 20% back witch was like $18 and then a second time I got $20 third time the item got "lost" got a $20 credit and when they item showed up randomly about 9 days later they told me to keep it after the refund

That's what I thought they'd do. It would coast them more to process it back in stock than to let you keep it. They've already written it off anyway.
