  • In this video I talk about the theme of jewellery making pliers. It can be quite a jungle and I therefore give my recommendations for both beginners and upgrading your pliers. I hope this is helpful and that you enjoy.

Thank you for this testimonial video. I have just begun to upgrade my tools and Xuron was my choice if I was going to continue since I am disabled I need the tools to help me as much as possible to take the stress off my body. Flush cutter arrived last week and bent chain nose arrived yesterday. Going to use both pairs this weekend yippieee!!.
I absolutely love the tip that they solidly stand behind their products. It will spur me to continue to build my supply of tools with the Xuron brand as I can afford it.
    Once again, thank you

I upgrade to Xuron several months ago and will never go back. Thanks again for your designs and expertise. Your channel was one of the first I watched in wire work and are the top in my opinion.

When I realized I needed to upgrade my pliers, I watched a LOT of videos, to see what you and others were using. Xuron won the day. I am so pleased with the tweezer nose, it really helps get into tight places to smush the wire ends down, something I had struggled with before. So much easier than any other I've tried! Also the flush cutters with the finer ends can reach into spots I couldn't access before. I love them! Thank you!!

The Xuron pliers was also my upgrade as I started with the basic jewelry making pliers. I absolutely love them & will continue to buy them until I have them all!

😂 I bought my first Xuron pliers set in 2015 too! I, like many others, started with a mini pliers set but changed to a full sized pliers set very quickly after that. I still use them all for quick repairs or changing a jump ring, but the Xuron set is my favourite and most used set when working on jewellery and I don't think that I will change them again!

I was SOOO excited to see this video because I have wanted to know what pliers you use. I had never even heard of tweezer nose pliers! Now I know why I haven’t been able to quite find the pliers like yours. But they are now in my cart. I’m also getting the others as well. Thanks so much for this!!!

I started out with cheap Beadsmith pliers. I still use the round nose and ended up breaking the chain nose. Then I decided on Lindstrom, but was convinced to try Xuron from your channel. I love Xuron's tweezer nose pliers and tend to grab those over my Lindstrom chain nose (but it's always handy to have two on hand). I still prefer Lindstrom's micro round nose (the tiny loops you can make with it are amazing!) and they have awesome flush cutters.
One of my grips also began slipping off, but some E3000 fixed that up right quick. Haven't had a spring mechanism fail yet.

Good to know about the Lindstrom micro round nose. If I feel the need to upgrade my round nose I'll surely consider them! Lindstrom was another brand I wanted to try, but the ones I saw were more expensive than the Xuron tweezer nose (which I really needed and could get at a hobby store with a coupon).

Thank you so much for doing this excellent video! My pliers are the standard sizes and I was going to do some research on pliers with smaller "tips" and you have helped me decide on the brand. Thank you so much - have a great day!

Hi! I have all these Xuron, and a lot (!) of other brands. Wish I had saved my money years ago, the Xurons are hands down my favorite. Sturdy, yet very precise in fine wire work.

This is great, thank you for the info on the Xuron warranty. My spring is also worn out, I bought myself two replacement pairs because I wanted a couple at one time but I also kept my originals as a back up. I just emailed Xuron with my receipt from 2016, hopefully I can get a new spring. I appreciate the info! Love your channel, I have learned so much over the years!

I love my Xuron pliers and have used them for years (20+). Even though I have more expensive pliers, I seem to go back to my Xuron. I'm considering the tweezer nose pliers which is what brought me to your video. :-) Xuron is a good company, and they stand behind their pliers 100%. Thanks for the video. P.S. I didn't know Xuron provided new grips. I have a chain nose pliers where the grips slip, so I will be contacting the company. Thank you, again.

Xuron is really good at either replacing the pliers like the one with the handle issues but you can call them and they will send you a spring for them basically for the life of the tool. It won't hurt to call them.

I totally agree with you that for the money, these are definitely the best you can get! Great video! Did you buy yours from xuron to get the guarantee or does it matter where you purchased them?

Hi. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with that currency, so can't really say specifically, but somewhere like Amazon is a good place to look. You'll usually find multiple listings for the same ones.

Sharing some of your ideas to only instagram, and sharing your Instagram link with us, is a disadvantage to people who do not have an Instagram account and who do not want an Instagram account. When I followed your link there were a great many redirections with insistence that in order to access your link I must actually give too much of my information to instagram. This is something I do not wish to do.
