I have just watched this interview with Conor. He has been so open and honest about his mental health issues. I have often seen this lovely man about and he has always been smiling. He has been through such a lot in his journey.
Feel you brother. Can relate to alot of what you were saying. Im 45 , was diagnosed with aspergers 5 years ago give or take. It was a relief at first but it doesn't make it any easier. One day at a time big yin.
Conor thank you for sharing your journey and being so open and honest, the love for your father shines through, I’m sure this video will help others in your position, great to see you discuss suicide as people often shy away from it ,here’s to a good life Conor your much loved x🥰
Keep going, Conor 👍. I have Asperger's also. Sensory issues SUUUUCK. I'm Ok in social situations sometimes, but often not. Helps so much if I know someone, and definitely helps when I'm not feeling sensory overwhelm, as I really struggle to relax and chat in certain environments. In work and education situations I mask but it's not easy
