Who are you kidding!! If we shopped with you your basket would be TWICE as full. We are a bunch of enablers when it comes to thrifting good treasure, even the BIG stuff😂Oh , and we all knew you were not leaving without that lamp the second you saw it . 😂🤣
The hair that Victorian women saved in their hair receivers were not exclusively used for hair jewelry, but more often, it was used to "pad" certain hair styles and create a fuller, more bouffant look.
You absolutely crack me up!!! "Ok, I'm walking away...I'm back...ok, I'm putting this in my cart." Wish I could thrift with you, I'd learn and laugh a lot!
Wow the leather sofa, stunning. The frame is in such good shape. That’s one of those very exciting “ thrill of the hunt” moments. I would be no help to you resisting items. I was saying the whole time “ get the brass lamp”!! So glad you picked it up.

I thought those wrought iron planters were a sure thing because they are soooo amazing . Sooo I picked up 7 yes 7!!!! of them last year at a yard sale for $20🙄They sat and sat on marketplace and in my booth😡 UNTIL, I decided to plant flowers in them. I just wanted them gone. I was going to give them as gifts if they didn’t sell with the added flowers. I spent $35 on liners and flowers and 1 hour of time putting them together. They were gorgeous so I thought I would give them 1 week at booth and on MP. I sold 2 within 1 hour on MP $75 each and 3 more within 24 hours at $85 and I took the last 2 to my daughters pop up booth event and sold each of them for $135 they were larger and also had a bird motif in the metal work. After deducting cost of goods I made $680😃
Yes I love that lamp too.......as long as somebody rewires it! I think you were wanting a soft white bulb for it. I just bought one for my bathroom and it is not daylight at all, but a very soft light, which I like. Good job on this shopping trip! Love the big basket, too. Wish I lived closer to your booth!
So funny to watch you Karen, about the lamp at the end of the video. I love the visualization you gave us with the lamp and grandmother chair and china fabric. Lots of fun. Thank you 🇨🇦❤️

You would not only need a bigger cart, you’d need a bigger car! The brass lamp is awesome! I knew you’d be back for it 😂 xoxo
Hi Karen, I’m pretty sure Tumi has a lifetime warranty on their items, so the buyer can get it serviced if needed. Such a great item! I’m afraid I wouldn’t be much help keeping you from buying the wonderful things. I’d be there cheering you on and helping you get it in the cart! lol Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁🍽 ❤
Oh my goodness, you are so funny! I was laughing so hard throughout the entire lamp scene. We all knew it was going in your cart/car eventually! 🍁 Happy Thanksgiving to you, Roger and the family! 🍁
Glassybabys are marked and can contain bubbles, and are not considered flaws:). Mine was marked twice “glassybaby” on the bottom and the newer ones have a boomerang mark towards the bottom. Hope it helps when you find one😀
Wow Karen. That Goodwill is amazing. I see why you drive 2 hours to shop there. Great haul today. I want to wish you, Roger & your families a Blessed Happy Thanksgiving 2024. Peace & Love to all.
I’m glad you got the lamp. You and Roger will figure it out. Or you could keep it. It’s only $10. You might need more light in one of your rooms. Great haul. I hope you and Roger have a nice thanksgiving.
You are so funny Karen! As other subscribers have said; we all knew you were going back for the lamp. I am saying "Oh Karen, just stop it and shove it in the cart; you know you are going to, so why are you denying it?" Yup, we are just a bunch of enablers here. Happy Thanksgiving.
I once found a tapestry business binder w some pens, a legal pad inside. I did a search on one of the mechanical pencil. It sold a few mos before for over $200. So, I listed it for similar. Within an hour, I got an offer for abt $80 off. I countered, but didn't sell. Overnight, it sold for full price. It was some kind of vintage architectural pencil.
The little Corningware are great pieces. I'm single, living alone. They are fantastic. I even used them when I had a husband and children who were home. It's good for canned vegetables, sauces, etc.
Omg, the piece right after the luggage, i bought at a thrift store when i was juicing and had tons of grapefruits to display. It makes me like it more that u even picked it up (but didn't buy it)lol
On the other hand, when you say, "I am not going to get any (fill in the blank) today."
