Suzy Kolber got let go because she aged. In 1993, she was much younger and, thus, more appealing to TV executives. The television industry is as phony as Hollywood. Molly is only qualified to work retail, but she was given a network television job for obvious reasons.

Okay, it's getting to the point where Stephen A. doesn't want to be on the show anymore....Remember, at the start of every show he critiques everyone's attire which is foolishness and even stressful mentally because now the people on the set have to get stressed about what to wear for fear of a fellow employee putting them on blast... I don't have a problem with it if they don't and if it were a fashion-entertainment show then I wouldn't have an issue...but it's a sports show, talk sports, not fashion.... Also, he took someone else's personal computer and then the other guy went in scrolling on it live?... Okay it's one thing if that's a little skit you guys cooked up but someone taking your computer and showing the world what you are looking at...just hope Smith got permission.... Then the 'vibrating' comment implying Molly keeps the phone vibrating while Qerim kept saying 'vibrating'... then Molly went asking Smith how many trips to HR will he take after Smith says that Molly eats 'enough' when Dan O noted they should get Molly pizza.... So it's becoming a dog-and-pony show and I doubt if Smith wants to remain and stay on that scene and Qerim is too big for that show while Shannon Sharpe keeps being interrupted when he's on the show because he's there to shine football-wise and into basketball but Stephen A. takes up everyone's time when they try and break down what's happening on Sunday. We'll see where the show goes from here but making it a free-for-all is fine with me, I just hate when Molly then acts like someone is doing her wrong and cries to HR.
