I would change half of Terry specials, even his dp command of rising tackle for the "old hold down and then up" command for his SNK skill of short hop, he would be unstoppable.
They just need to change his power. Geyser, it doesn't counterJumping a attacks its not a true anti air and make it a level one and the bus a level two and don't do the drive rush burners meter, but I think that helps balance him to make him not op
