  • 👉 BUILD this CIRCUIT and CALCULATE the RESISTANCE for your LED!
    An NPN transistor allows controlling the flow of current between the collector and emitter when a small current enters the base. When the base has a positive voltage relative to the emitter (V_BE greater than 0.7V), the transistor turns on, allowing current to flow from the collector to the emitter, functioning as a switch or amplifier.
    States or regions:
    Cutoff: no conduction.
    Saturation: full conduction.
    Active region: regulated conduction.
    NPN transistor: emitter to ground (GND or reference).
    PNP transistor: emitter goes to V+.
