You said because its made in the USA you don't have any backorders but the funny thing is I just ordered Sand Dune from the Boardwalk collection at a local flooring store near me(in the USA) and its backordered. I have to wait for several weeks so I guess it can be backordered after all.
Hi, Nikkileeisme! Thank you for your comment. Mohawk has had some backorders on certain styles. The Revwood is running 24 hours a day at full capacity. Due to COVID, increased demand, and employee shortages, it is a challenging time. A new production line is almost completed that will double their production capacity. However, since you bought from another flooring store, we, at ICC Floors Plus, cannot speak to another company's products or promises. How are these floors clean?
Is a typical laminate cleaner ok, such as alcohol/vinegar/water mix? Their cleaner is ridiculously expensive.
