That's the first thing I thought when he said "bachelor with a butler"
Saw this movie in 1970 on CBS tv at my Uncle's home with my cousins as it was running ,my Aunt came in asked "What was playing " and my uncle in the best deadpan response replied "How to Murder Your Wife", it's an educational movie" . The entire room of us kids burst out laughing ! Note the butler in the move is the great Terry-Thomas and his reactions and line deliveries still make me laugh out loud to this day. So many funny scenes as it was a satire then and you can watch this today with your girlfriend or wife and I hope laugh together at the satire of life it was looking at .

I saw this movie, when I was a kido, but I couldn't find it again. (Google didn't help me if I tried searching with words like 'wife' 'murder' and 'movie')

I once had a conversation with a friend about this movie and we agreed that it is actually a stealth-subversive movie: Lemon is reunited with his wife and it is suggested that marriage actually worked out for him in the end, in the typical Hollywood way, but before that, there's plenty of little subtle suggestions that for an already successful man, marriage is a trap and a mistake. One funny scene implies that women actually strive to make their husbands fat as a mark of ownership.
You guys need more views. This shit is gold.

The butler is obviously extremely gay for Jack Lemmon from the get go. But because this was back when having a gay guy in a movie that survived the movie was nearly illegal he has to get married off at literally the last second to a maid he’d never seen before.

I'm still laughing at your Saturday Night Fever segment...a movie I watched so many times as a teenager (for the purpose of laughing at the ridiculousness of it...).
I watched this today for the first time while at a treatment center for Ketamine infusions and I was laughing so hard that the nurse came in with a panic cause she thought they must have administered way too high of a dose hearing me laugh that hard. Testament to the quality of the work on show here lol

This film was so obscure. If you do anything newer, Short Circuit 2 is ridiculous as is Mannequin.
Those are great suggestions. Thank you! And Johnny Five made a special guest appearance in this episode! So that one has been on my mind (the first film anyway).
So I have listened to your special announcement and I came up with kind of an idea for your whole form. What if you guys continue to do the 10 minute videos and then every now and then for a special episode, you still release for your podcast an hour long one. That way it’s kind of a special treat or event for your fans. It’ll be like something to unravel and be a bonus for that dopamine hit when they go through all your 10 minute videos. This also avoids the problem that you guys mentioned in your announcement that things kind of went off the rails. Because if there is just one episode and you guys aren’t trying to continue edit and compartmentalize, you might find it a bit freeing. Might seem less of a chore.
That’s a good idea. I could see doing one, an hour audio podcast, occasionally in the future.
