The three deeds of the saints are prayer, fasting, and giving and none of them is optional or of less importance. Everyone is called to a life of systematic and consistent prayer, fervent and persistent fasting life, and to give generously. These are the things that will happen when you start consistent prayer and fasting beware of this - this will happen.
It's in that consistent life of fasting, prayer, and giving that your lust, appetite for money, commitment to fame, and visibility will all be tried, tested, and explored. You will have opportunities to abort the process through the flesh but stay with the Holy Spirit and be led by him.
You have much spiritual empowerment in your spirit that will make you stand firm even in the face of temptation. Every time you don't fall into temptation, it's proof that your allegiance is only to God. Therefore, when you start consistent prayer and fasting - this will happen to you. Beware, warning!!! One thing that happens when you pray and fast consistently. This is how to use prayer, fasting, and giving to encounter the spirit of power and carry fire.
