The calculation for the bonus damage of the tip of scythes m1 is on the community tab on LavaKittys channel. Basically, the more HP the enemy has, the more bonus damage it deals, if the enemy HP is 50 or less, it deals the default 10 dmg.( So it deals more dmg on the tip on tanky enemies with full HP, while the dmg addition is less on squishy targets like Bio or Shuriken)

fun tip: m1 during e dash to cancel out of it while keeping the boost, you also get the boost from the m1 meaning you can cover more distance faster
one tip I need to say
If you use melee, abuse the tip critical hit
It's very useful in a bunch of situations and easy to get used to.
Every time I play scythe I get targeted by the whole enemy team and cant stop dying

Small note i think you didn't mention, you can use Chasing Flourish to dash upwards.
