Those guys did a really nice job delivering and setting your new place. That's gonna be a nice home after you put your design and touches to it. Looking forward to this build out.
I am so happy for you ! Been anxiously waiting myself for this day. One if Our homes was moved and they never leveled it like yours was done. Hope we dont have problems down the road. I'm following your channel. And I'm so glad we had the chance to meet .
I am so glad I got to meet you as well. Are you going to KY meetup? They didn't level yours?! If it's unlevel I'd call them back. I do know you are supposed to have someone come relevel them every few years
@@BigDreamsTinyBudget ours is a shed to house they put cement blocks and leveled it but not perfect. It's on a slant when we sleep feels as if your going to fall out of bed. I adjusted to it but my husband still complains
Congratulations, I noticed you had two windows in the corner of the home, I have them at my house as well it really helps with air circulation and keeps my room cool enough that I don’t need air. As I was typing this you said how much you really liked the windows. Wait till you live there the breeze that will come thru there will be so nice.
I love those windows! Had a friend come replace the broken glass recently (video coming up this week) can't wait t summer is over and I can open them. Just need to make some screens first lol
the beauty of mobile homes is you can turn them into whatever you want and if you don't like the neighbors, you can move taking your house with you. I have owned and remodeled several.
I have been involved in major renos on two different mobiles (single-wide and double-wide). Most recently I was living in 70's double-wide until just a few months ago. Did lots of updates and my total reno budget exploded to over $40K thanks to hidden problems that weren't visible until demo started. I was going to replace the old electric water heater with an on-demand unit but was told by the company that I planned to purchase it from that the electrical in the mobile wouldn't handle it so I was left with either an electric or gas water heater. All that to say, when you re-do the electrical be sure to take that into account. Best of luck with your renos.
Thank you! I did a 200 amp service mainly because I also plan to remove the heater/AC unit and install mini-splits, but also for the on demand water heater. Thanks for watching! ❤
That is a lot bigger then your last home. Congrads and getting it there. l can see what you are going to do and loving your ideas. Keep the second bedroom for guests. Take care and stay safe
Hey hey there 🤗 Congratulations 🥳 Wow u said tiny home … that’s a nice space👍🏽 . Loads of work to do but I’m sure with a little bit of love ur home will be just beautiful 💗 Thanks for sharing
I am SO Happy for you❣️ You must be ecstatic & relieved: your future home becoming “Your Beautiful Home”, Lots of hard work: but it’s going to be so Worth The Wait❣️🥰
CONGRATULATIONS ANNMARIE!! You’ve been waiting on this for a LONG time!! Have fun setting up!! Missed ya this past Saturday- BUT we completely understood that THIS takes priority!!!
Halleluiah you got your house. If I know you from the previous house you were building, that place will look great. I can't wait for that tour. Will your next investment be a dehumidifier? 😁👋💖🏠
Goodness gracious Annmarie, that's gonna be a heck of a project! Whew!!! But I know you'll fix it up to be a beautiful home and I cant wait to see it. Your property is beautiful. I would love to have a home way back hidden in trees like that. How many acres did you buy? What state are you in. Seems like you were interested in Arkansas or Missouri but i don't remember for sure.
@@BigDreamsTinyBudget can you give me the name of a good realtor? I am sick of the Texas Gulf Coast, aka hurricane alley aka the swamp. I need to move.
Seems all utilitie companies always install poles and/or right of ways at places thats best for them. I know this to be mostly true as I'm employed by the gas company for 40 years. My neighbor has notified the electric company about moving overhead power lines in close proximity to his home. The company sent out their man and said he could move three poles and he'd be cleared of the overhead lines. 30 years ago I wanted the same thing and their guy told me it couldn't be done, and if it was it would cost "me" 3-5000 bucks per pole. And, I'd have to have 4 poles moved at a grand ole total of 12 - 20,000 smackaroos. No thank you. If their line were to fall on my house I would hope they would replace it.
I remember the feeling when your home is delivered . God Bless you with so much Happiness
Yay , I was finally able to finish watching this after work . I'm so over the moon excited for you .
Haha thank you

Replace the double wide windows in the kitchen, with french doors, opening to a wrap around porch.
I would love to do that if I can find some for a reasonable price
