Cartofi la cuptor în straturi cu bacon, smântânã, ouã,brânzã telemea..iar pe deasupra o crustã de cascaval rumenit..fac din aceastã retetã un adevãrat deliciu. Potriviti pentru mesele de prânz sau cinã, vã recomand cu drag sã încercati aceastã retetã!👌
INGREDIENTE:
6 cartofi mari
4 ouã fierte tari
400 gr bacon sau altã afumãturã
500 gr smântânã fermentatã
300 gr telemea de vacã
200 gr cascaval
unt pt uns tava
French potatoes in the oven is a delicios layered potato dish..with bacon,eggs,cheese, sour cream..and mozzarella on top.. baked in the oven and very appropriate for lunch or dinner.
INGREDIENTS:
6 large potatoes
4 eggs hard boiled
400 g smoked bacon
500 g sour cream
300 g cheese
200 g mozzarella or cheddar
butter for greasing the pan
