what a helpful video! i spent to much on the wrong stuff when i set up my first classroom. I love that your first suggestion is to ask admin what is the budget for setting up a new classroom. great idea that could easily be forgotten. even if the school doesn't have a budget for that, doesn't hurt to ask. might even encourage them to start.
