Winter Storm Finn Fizzle
Winter Storm Finn dumped a few inches of heavy wet snow in the early morning hours. then changed to mostly rain in our area.
the back end of the storm looked impressive on radar, it was windy, with light snow, but it was dry snow that didn't stick & didn't pack much of a punch.
