@@Joseph973 Yes! Also, the robot on the left seems incredibly efficient compared to the ducky claw design. It seems like the idea of aligning for in between the standoffs is gone! Hard to say, they are both very fast, but I think the other claw design is just a teensy bit faster.
@@noahnolte7288 Yeah, I tried that design for a brief period (you can find the video on my channel), but was unsuccessful with it. I now see that was because my claw was highly underdeveloped; we only had the concept. I'm going to have to try that design again. Also, they finished with ~7 seconds to spare, which is crazy.
HI, I am the coach of the two teams in the film. The kids and I have tried various types of machines. The machine on the left has a higher tolerance for error but is slower. The machine on the right requires more technical skills, but it is faster. The two teams were in best possible condition to reach 306 points within 1 min, there are about 10 seconds left, thank you for your appreciation
Nice job!!! The robot that starts on the right was very smooth with the first teal!
I totally agree. The robot on the left was incredible too. Absolutely amazing!

@@Joseph973 Yes! Please try that design again! I think it has a lot of potential! Also, yes, that is absolutely insane.
