Hey Tracy! I came across your video while looking for house plans on UA-cam. My husband and I love this layout. Is there a way you could direct us to a copy of this floor plan? Thank you!
Hi Tracy! I wanted a floorplan with dimensions so i could check my bedroom furniture fit. I sent you an email as well :) I absolutely love your videos!
Nice house. But it is at least a couple of 100.000 usd too costly. How do they explain that to a customer. Asking 1.1 million for it? An half acre lot only costs today 200.000 USD . So that is a 900.000 USD house? Let me laugh. Americans do not know what they are buying.
Every couple of years the usa has those terrible foreclosure dramas. Housing industry lives in a huge bubble. 75% of the forelisting values do not even come close to the actual value of buildings. Bankers count differently in valueing homes and giving money. The real value of your house sits in an ever rising price of the ground. The rest on it is mostly decreasing in value. Anyways I would say ...be smarter.
Beautiful home…❤
Certainly can’t afford this home but nice!! To much house for me. Do you show any less expensive homes.
Beautiful. I miss the south!
Beautiful

I love low country homes but what a horribly bland interior.
