Dave is so underrated it's criminal but people in the know are well aware of his skills. Been a fan since I first heard the Yesterday And Today album in 76. Learns guitar and three years later releases his first album. That tells you something right there
Two of my all-time favorite musicians right here. Sammy and Dave are class acts. Both of these guys can shred on the guitar, and can STILL sing great today, unlike a lot of musicians that have carried on way past their prime. I am glad that I have had the great pleasure of meeting them both over the years. 🎸 🎸
I've listened to a lot of stuff from all these guys on stage since about 1974, and still do, maybe even moreso. Floats my boat; trips my trigger; gets me goin'.
