    Ingredients
    Dough:
    3.5 cups flour
    3 tablespoons sugar
    A tablespoon of baking powder
    A teaspoon of vanilla
    3 tablespoons Chantilly cream
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 egg
    Filling:
    A cup of sugar
    A tablespoon of cinnamon
    2 tablespoons raw cocoa
    White sauce:
    ¾ cup powdered sugar
    ¾ cup of powdered milk
    3 tablespoons butter
    A teaspoon of vanilla
    ¾ cup cream cheese
    Chocolate sauce:
    200 grams of chocolate
    ½ cup milk
    2 teaspoons of glucose honey
    How to prepare:
    1) Before preparing the dough, mix a cup of milk with a tablespoon of yeast and a tablespoon of sugar and leave them for 10 minutes.
    2) In a large bowl, add 3.5 cups of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of Chantilly cream, a teaspoon of vanilla, a tablespoon of baking powder, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoons of butter. Add the mixture of the previous ingredients and stir the mixture well, adding 2 tablespoons of milk if possible until you get a firm dough. Leave it for an hour until it ferments and doubles in size
    3) Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, add a cup of sugar, a tablespoon of cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of raw cocoa, stir and leave the mixture aside.
    4) On a floured surface, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and brush it with melted butter, then spread the filling on the dough, then roll it into a roll.
    5) Cut the rolls into equal rings, place them on a tray, and leave the rolls aside for an additional 30 minutes until they double in size.
    6) Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes until the rolls are cooked.
    7) Prepare the white sauce: In a large bowl, mix 3/4 cup powdered sugar with 3/4 cup milk powder, 3 tablespoons butter, a teaspoon vanilla, and 3/4 cup cream cheese, stirring until you obtain a smooth mixture.
    8) Preparing the chocolate: In an aluminum bowl, mix over low heat 200 grams of chocolate, ½ cup of milk, and 2 teaspoons of honey-glucose, stirring until you obtain a smooth mixture, and let it cool.
    9) Take the tray out of the oven and let it cool. Pour the sauce over the cinnabon, then serve it directly on your dinner table.
