I am still using a Maclaren Quest that I got 12 years ago for my first child (we had a surprise baby after a 9 year gap). Found the old Maclaren in the garage where it had been forgotten and gave it a good scrub and it was back in use. As a side note because it’s so old it’s a lot more basic but my daughter still loves it.
It would have been helpful if you spoke about the reclining features of each stroller, as well as the upright angle - some strollers are too slanted while the child is seated in the upright position, and baby/toddler must strain to sit up and watch the world around them. Please comment on these items next time. Also, I see the Uppababy has a cup holder, does Maclaren offer a optional cupholder sold separately? Do either strollers offer attachments that can be purchased separately. How high from the ground are the handlebars? It would be very helpful to know how comfortable these higher end umbrella strollers are vs. the cheapies. Thanks for sharing what you did.
Hi there. Both Maclaren and UPPAbaby offer separate cup holder attachments! For height reference, Eli is 5'11". If you have any more questions, feel free to email our gear experts at questions@mbeans.com.
this was very very helpful thank you. I was going back and forth between these two strollers in these exact same colourway and you just helped me make up my mind. couldn't stop staring at the maclaren and the new updates!!! lawd!!! thank you for this video
Do you know the total weight of Maclaren 2016 Quest? According to their website, the 12.3 lb is basic weight (without hood, shopping basket, carry strap/handle and raincover)
I don't know. Because I'm using Peg Perego Pliko Switch Easy Drive stroller instead of Maclaren Quest. But,I love strollers that doesn't have a canopy and storage basket. Especially Travel System strollers without canopy and storage basket.
Neither of these strollers have an extendable handlebar, but that feature is pretty hard to come by on an umbrella stroller. How tall are you and your partner? For reference, Eli is 5'11".

Give the guy a break, I don't think it was rushed, I think he's trying not to drag on to not bore people. Why don't you post a review on 2 strollers and see how great you do. P.S, I don't know the guy, don't even know where magic beans is but I found this review very helpful and I know how hard it is to talk on camera. Your comment bothered me.
He didn't show if the strollers reclined back nor how the second one folds up. I also feel that this was a lame review. What about cup holders? Right from the beginning intro he was geeked out about the second stroller so I already knew his review would be bias.

+kechiugo We are always happy to help! :) Thanks for the feedback!
quick comment - try to move the camera further back so the whole stroller and you are in the frame! it'll be easier on the eyes :)
Thank you for the feedback!

Hello. Which stroller do you prefer Maclaren Quest or the Mountain Buggy Nano? Thanks
Hey CJ - we don't carry the Nano, but we do LOVE the Quest. It's one of our favorite umbrellas.
Are either of these strollers ideal for taller parents?
Neither of these strollers have an extendable handlebar, but that feature is pretty hard to come by on an umbrella stroller. How tall are you and your partner? For reference, Eli is 5'11".
Does the Maclaren stand up like the UPPAbaby? I think that's the winning feature.
Hi there! The Maclaren Quest does not stand up like the UPPAbaby!
Does the maclaren recline and adjust? that would be great for me.
Yes, the Maclaren Quest has a full recline for newborn.
Thanks
Eli
I'm torn between the maclaren triumph and the quest. Urrgh! I like the quest because I can use it from infancy to toddler. Help pls :)

Lousy review and comparison, mentioned the weight of one but not the other , why ? Plus seemed rushed
I apologize about that! Email us at questions@mbeans.com and we can answer any questions you have

I don't like strollers with peek-a-boo window. That's why I prefer Uppababy G-Luxe. Maclaren Quest is just a trash for me.

Hi Michelle - We don't carry the Zoe, so we aren't able to do a review.
