    I'm actually really glad you decided to sell the H2 man. I've always had a bad feeling that one day something bad would happen to you on that bike. I've been watching since the CBR days and I've never felt like that about any other bike you had.
    Congrats on the Camaro my man. Please keep up the build series. I'm a big truck guy and I've been digging the shit out of the Dually build. Can't wait to see it finished.

  • @GetIrked

    Dan - I feel you. I'm 42 and I still go through the "I'm done with this" light-switch feeling and need to get rid of the thing. If it's not the "right" thing, it's not right. I bought a 2015 Speed Triple 2 years ago and realized after riding for 18 years that I finally found the "right" bike with the naked sportbike after riding a dozen other bikes of different categories (sport, race, cruiser...).
    As for your channel, I've been watching for YEARS. At first, I came for the motorcycle reviews. I stayed because, well, I love you, man. Your content is second-to-none. Your relationships with your friends and family are 100% genuine. And, most importantly, you're real. No matter what the video content, I know it's pure Dan.
    "Do It With Dan - Come for the Crazy, Stay for the Dan."
    (hmmm... I may need to work on that...)
    Thanks for everything you do and keeping being you. Plus, if you and your posse ever end up in the Portland, Ore. way, I've got spare bedrooms where you can stay, or, at the very least, let's go for a ride or a drive, eh? :)

      @thegreatballplayer1 4 роки тому +1

      I just bought a speed triple a couple days ago. I love it so far and it’s surprisingly easier than I thought to keep it under control during a commute in the city. Do you still have yours?

    • @GetIrked
      @GetIrked 4 роки тому

      @@thegreatballplayer1 I do still have mine and I still love it just as much (although the bug-eye headlights on my model leave something to be desired). Like you, I thought a literbike would be difficult to manage, but because of the even power delivery of the triple-cylinder, it's incredibly easy to baby the bike through stop-and-go traffic (despite it tipping the scales at nearly 500 lbs which is pretty heavy for a sportbike).
      Which model year did you get? I love 'em all for different reasons. The new ones are super-sexy and I love the older ones for their untamed stallion attitudes. Naturally, I think my model is the best (again... if I put a bag over the headlights, the rest of her is GORGEOUS) because of the blend of decent safety features like ABS without TOO much tech like the newer ones.
      Funny thing is, I've been riding for 19 years and have owned 7 different bikes (racebikes, cruisers, standards) and this was my first non-Japanese bike. Triumph has definitely done a turnaround since the 1960s - my bike is dead reliable.

    • @thegreatballplayer1
      @thegreatballplayer1 4 роки тому

      irxproductions i bought the 2013 ABS model. It’s goldish yellow. At first I didn’t like the color but it’s grown on me a lot because of its uniqueness to other bikes which triumph in general is good at. Same with you, this is my first non-Japanese bike and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to go back. It’s sooo much more refined with so much more character. Not too much tech but just enough to be incredibly convenient and useful. I’ve owned Kawasaki ninjas and a Yamaha fz6r and test rode an FZ1 before deciding on this one. By far triumph is the most fun and comfortable out of all of them. Those bikes feel cheap compared to this one. Very very happy with my purchase

    Always do what your life needs. I got rid of my first ninja 636 because of 7 close calls in a week. None my fault. But felt like i had bad karma, in which i did. I ended up buying same bike, same year, same color a few years later.

    At first when I heard about you I thought you where a building channel, then I watched all of them from start (as much as I could) to end and relizing you're a motorvloger, you got me into loving motorcycles and hoping that one day I'll be able to get one. But I was right you are a building channel...ish 😂. But no matter i still love all the content you great and I'm glad that you found happiness in your life that not many people have. I've been a supporter of the channel for years and I won't stop no matter what. Just keep doing what makes you happy and keeps you going. Stay positive m8

    i started watching you in the beginning of 2016, started off with looking at motorcycle content.... but i kept watching because your videos are amusing.... so if you feel like the H2 is not for you you do a good thing with selling.
    You and arson where actually the reason for me to start recording my rides and i`ve been enjoying it ever since....
    Hope you`ll find a 'dreambike' again!!!

Suprising to hear another person use the analogies I use for everything... there will always be another; keep telling myself this daily.

Back then you were one of the few motovloggers and i loved the videos. You have definetly become more mature, but you are not the only one, I am 18 now and I am taking motorcycle lessons now. Really stoked to get my license before the end of the year.

I got a lot of inspiration from you Jake the garden snake and bakerxd.
