Day one, and they see a ball ? Never used to be that way. Day one was for sweat and tears !!

@@Jacob-wb2fd First few days of any pre-season used to be fitness based. Players rarely got to see a ball until the manager was happy with fitness levels.

To be fair, in many games last season - fitness wasn't an issue, it was the fact they didn't see the ball!
