There can be a false twin flame who starts the journey and leads the DF to a true twin flame. But it seems such a twisty path at times. The TF journey may divert onto another Soul Companion and then back to the TF later. Ultimately the inner work of merging the Inner Feminine and the Inner Masculine seems key. Have faith that you will receive the necessary guidance but often only on a need to know basis. I've been helped by SRT energy clearings for twin flames from Twinstrology...
