Rosicrucian Principles for Dealing with Challenging Situations - Nana Ama Korankye

In this video, Nana Ama Korankye leads us in exploring our mind, body, and emotions to prepare ourselves for dealing with challenging situations. We practice mindfulness and being still, in addition to analyzing the accuracy of some of our mental conclusions to help us become the guardians of our thoughts. We also consider some of the many Rosicrucian practices that we can apply daily and how we can develop a very personal relationship with the God of our Heart.

Dear Nana. My dad passed 8th November last year, which was a turbulent transition proces for me.
In these days, now almost a year later, I feel I have been healed in the grief proces, and yet the changes in temperature, the leaves turning red etc, brings back a lot of subconscious sensations for me, and I experienced anxiety yesterday/today, which I rarely experience. I meditate, eat well and is very attentive to my mental and emotional state this coming ascorpio period. And then your video popped up. Wonderful synchronicity ❤️
