sorry its a typo from me. But answer is correct. it should read -64+88+56=80 (Apologies when you do -22(-4) you get 88 but I wrote 80 by mistake). Hope this clarifies
if you notice on mine I let (-3+p) equal 5 and -5, because definition of modulus says answer is positive or negative. Squaring both sides is also fine...you should get quadratic equation p^2 -6p-16=0 , when you solve you also get p=8 and p=-2. Hope this clarifies.
You're such a saviour for this video! Thanks so much very much appreciated :)
I'm glad it helped. 2022 P1 solution is also on Tulla Maths Channel
there isn't q3 part B :(
I have failed my leaving cert because of this.
Fck off, that’s literally the ONE question that I was here for
Thanks bro, please keep going
great stuff - glad it was of help. thank you
I found this really helpful thanks 😎
that's great to hear - thank you !
Bro for Q7 b(iii) just let 26 degrees equal 45cm and then do 130 divided by 26 = 5. 45 times 5 is 225.
22:02 you said -64+80+56=80 but my calculator says 72 did I go wrong somewhere?
He should have written +88 instead of 80
He's a dickhead just reading off the marking scheme
On Q8(b)(ii) when you differentiated h'(x) should it not be h''(x)=0.006x-0.24 rather than h''(x)=0.006x-0.12?
hi, you are absolutely correct. Apologies, it was a typo from me, it should be 0.006x-0.24. However, my answers are correct. thank you for clarifying.
@@tullamaths thanks just making sure
22:02 you said -64+80+56=80 but my calculator is saying 72 where did I go wrong

Absolute legend for this
I'm glad it was of help - thank you !
nice one bro
glad it helped !!
On question 2 part a why where you easily able to remove the modulus. I assumed that you had to square both sides to get rid of it
if you notice on mine I let (-3+p) equal 5 and -5, because definition of modulus says answer is positive or negative. Squaring both sides is also fine...you should get quadratic equation p^2 -6p-16=0 , when you solve you also get p=8 and p=-2. Hope this clarifies.
@@tullamaths wow thanks for clarifying
