Craig Reel well whenever i say hey google to my mini, it will occasionally pop up on my phone and tablet, but since my mini will usually respond to the command first, it will just cancel on my phone and tablet, although this isn't always the case.
Finally someone made a video about virtual assistants without they trigger words such as "Hey Google". I don't have to worry my assistant doing something I don't want it to! Thank you!
The scheduled actions are going to be a really useful feature, the ability to use Google Assistant on TV's without switching it is a great touch but Android TV is a severely limited implementation of Google Assistant in my experience

Looks good. My only concern is ever since I went back to Android, my Google Maps sucks. 😵
Oh really? It has always worked well for me on Android.
@@TechWithBrett did you mess with it to make it work better?

I go through the pain of hearing it next to my speakers while editing so you don't have to!
awesome looks like we have some exiting products on the way from google.
True. coz as soon as stuff comes in, it's on its way out soon after.
How do I stop my phone and google home from activating at the same time with “hey google”
I am battling this now too as the Pixel is so good at hearing me. I have just gone into the Google Assistant settings, (you can get there by opening the Google Assistant and tapping your profile photo in top right) then going to Settings > Assistant > Phone and then turn off Voice Match or even the Assistant all together on your phone.
Smart plug? I have 1 year and a half turning my fan on and off with google assistant
