This is one of the reason Brazil is tightening their laws on issuing visas. Yes you can seek asylum at the airport. 2. Asylum means seeking refuge because you fear for your life so only you should know your story and not me. 3. You need to submit an identity document when you apply for asylum so why destroy your passport? You will be asked how you got to Brazil and the flight you took, if not you can be deported for telling lies. 4. Yes , if they discover that you are lying. 5. Brazil is a birth tourism country so you can give birth in Brazil on your tourist visa. Alternatively if you are an asylum seeker who is pregnant you will be staying in the social asylum houses (if you don't have anyone to live with) until your decision on your asylum is out. You can still decide to apply for Permanent residency based on your child. 6. Yes , you will have accommodation and some financial aid.
