I think these would be too big..normally on delicate fabrics like wedding dresses, lace fabrics and even summer dresses, much finer design and way less strands of floss is used. Like two strands and max three strands, not six strands as it would be super bulky and you can’t wear them. And these are very large designs. Rarely we use six strands in clothes..this is only ok to decorate walls.

She does. Before she does each flower/leaf etc she lists what color she uses but they don't have names, just the number & Brands. For instance before she starts the first flower she lists that is made by DMC (a very popular embroidery brand) and the corresponding number 818. If you search DMC 818 on google you will then find places to buy it. She also lists another brand called PNK. So for the first flower you would search PNK 9207. Hope this helps!

Hi! Yes, if you fold 3 strands in half, it makes 6 strands. When Diana says "fold the floss in half", it means fold the whole 6-strand floss in half, which makes 12 strands :) Hope it helps you.
Instead of using just the six strands, fold it in half so there are twelve strands. You can see she ties a knot in the back securing the folded floss together (twelve strands) instead of securing the end of the floss (six strands) with a knot. You can see a representation of this in how she does the flowers versus the leaves.

One way to leave it on the hoop and dress it up is to sew a circular piece of pretty fabric to the back hiding the raw edges.
