I think if you're doing $100 or any amount challenge, you should keep track of all of your bets until they add up to your money amount for the challenge. So you'd actually be spending $100 or whatever only.

A friend of mine always suggest that you leave when you are either at Half of what you started with, or you are at Double of what you started with. That way you're still walking away with something.
