Right now, the sim limit stays the same, but all we can say is they know very well that people want more sims.... Also, pregnancy is optional -- you don't need to start the quest until you have room to add a sim.
Make2 Awesome Video, but I saved up platinum Orbs for all my Sims so I will have to have up another now, but those bonuses will be awesome. Nice Video as always and gl with the update on your personal account, and I can't wait to see builds with all the new furniture.
Are you sure about the orb thing? It showed that (if you complete all the tasks in time) the baby gets special features like always having 100% motives and it has the orange color around its icon. Maybe the baby will also be immortal?

The price for the doctor check up is different, for me it was about 50,000 instead of 70,000. I think it depends on how much progress you’ve made in the game overall.

Yep, as we said it depends how many buildings you have in your town already. Perhaps also your level. It’s how most buildings in the game are priced.

I’ve done all of the tasks for both the mom goals and the support goals and never made enough tokens to buy everything in the store.
It's set up so players need to do multiple 9 day pregnancies to keep earning tokens

You need to finish all of the tasks for the day. However, for individual appointments, you can get bonus tokens if you choose the option to pay LPs.
How do you get the dummy baby?
If you don’t have enough simoleons for all the appointments does that stop he pregnancy event after the 9 days as you haven’t completed the task?
