He was my classmate ☹️ and he was very brilliant at that time as well. I even today remind the question which he taught to us when our concerned polsc sir failed to make us understand that.

After watching many mock interviews of UPSC and JKAS Aspirants from years now, I can proudly say that Dawar can surely make into IAS. IAS level material.
Civil service Exam is so uncertain, you might sit in interview in one attempt and would not clear prelims in the next. I was Damn sure ,you will qualify this examination after Analysing ur Academic Credentials but my Analysis came out to be wrong. This Examination doesn't justify your smartness , this justifies your patience . Of course you didn't qualified it this time, but getting 950 in first attempt is remarkable achievement. Better luck Next time champ!! My sincere prayers.
