2) if you income is below 2.5 Lakh you can skip to filling income tax return

haa but aap un sabki complain kar saktey hai... aapney pada hoga naa paani puri waley ke paas mili croro ki sampti and and all inkey yaha chapaa aise hi padta hai... so if your money is transfer by any entities then it is all in the eye of government...
