to be fair those tests are useless. This is an tiny amp and people wanna know how it sounds in real life, in a room, outside. Of course it sounds crazy good with a mic attached to it or plugged in.
I'm still satisfied with my ancient Behringer Vamp Pro. No damn apps to struggle with, physical knobs for all the settings, drive, volume, EQ, effects, etc. Set it to Twin Combo, adjust drive and I'm good to go. No miniscule speaker but I don't mind headphones.
Has anyone demo'd this thing without hooking up computers, cell phones, defibrillators, smoke alarms, etc? I just need something that sounds decent going into my 4 track when I'm on the road. If i wanted to have all kinds of shit hooked to it, I'd bring my 3 watt Vox and be done with it.
Got one in the post. Looking forward to having some fun.
Would you recommend this amp for acoustic guitar players as well?
what was that blues track.i love it.
For the most part you were using the headphone out. What exactly did you have the headphone plugged into?
Where does the guitar plug into??
Excellent review Nick, I'm getting one 😀
Have fun!
What do you have the GO plugged into and how (i.e. what cords did you use, what settings in the app, what settings on the amp, if any?)
What power supply is available?
It takes any usb c phone charger
