Thank you Miya for the take away. Everything looks sooooo delicious there. I always understood, in the conversations, what caramel tastes like and I know how great caramel tastes (e.g. as ice cream). But cakes and tarts are always something very delicious and unforgettable for me. This show fits in with our Christmas celebrations. It s so strange that they still does that masks etc, when there is no problem with corona anymore. It's pointless and doesn't make sense since they meet each other in private also. Why Japan is still crazy about it?
I agree with you. Japan is not the only one though. From what I have seen, many Asian countries are still refusing to let go (Korea was pretty bad compared to Europe when I was there too). Japan does seem to be among the worst though. I'm in Aichi and I almost never see anyone without a mask, even outdoors. It's better in the bigger cities like Tokyo, but the majority still mask. I think it's because Japan hasn't officially announced the end of the plandemic yet (so it's still not socially acceptable to stop wearing the masks) and instead people keep getting reminded of it pretty much everywhere they go here. Japan is also one of the last countries to open to tourism and still require a test to enter (unless you've been jabbed). I suspect that covid is here to stay for longer than in other countries, unfortunately. I just hope they don't close back down again.
