Summary:
Matsuzaki Hatori is a high school student with a crush on her childhood friend, Terasaka Rita. She believes her life is like a shojo manga and Rita will eventually choose her as his heroine. However, Rita begins dating Adachi Miho, a nerdy girl in their classroom. Even though Rita has dated before, Hatori can tell that Rita really likes Miho, and it's the first time Hatori has felt threatened by a girl Rita likes. Because of Hatori's jealousy, the most popular playboy student, Hiromitsu Kosuke, takes an interest in her.

First lead only started liking hatori bc he hated the sight of her with another guy. If she wasnt with hiromitsu he wouldnt of chosen hatori. no hate to kento but rita sucked
that's not true at all cmon. Rita still would have chosen hatori even if she didn't date another guy. The reason he rejected hatori in the beginning was bc he felt indebted to adachi and guilty towards her feelings. He also felt the need to care for her "sickness." The breaking point for him to confess was finding out adachi's lies and shit talk abt hatori, not jealousy.
@@syl7445 so it was ok for him to push her aside when he was hanging out with adachi ? they were childhood friends for so long but when adachi came rita didnt really hang out with hatori😨 idk about u tho.. u can keep defending rita but he doesnt make any sense😞 he literally kissed hatori at the firework thingy and they had dinner and when adachi appeared he just left without looking back at hatori until she had to grab his hand💀
@@mattialexa yeah you’re right it wasn’t right for him to push hatori aside while dating adachi. I just think he still would have chosen hatori in the end even if she didn’t go out with hiromitsu. The jealously played a role but it was always gonna be hatori and rita. I LOVED hiro and hatori together tho, they were so cute i’m sad they didn’t need up together 😭
y’all should really read the manga, Hatori was insufferable there, saviour complex since a child, the movie cushioned the blows of what kind of a person Hatori is. to be fair tho, Adachi was evil for faking sickness and all that, but both female characters sucks, both has imminent main character syndrome.
